Questions about our Touch Screen Monitors

Q: Why is my Angel capacitive touchscreen recognized as a mouse in Windows XP but not responding to touch?
A: Windows XP may recognize the touchscreen controller as a standard USB mouse, but it does not include the native touchscreen support available in newer versions of Windows. Please Click HereΒ to download and install USB Touchscreen Driver for Windows XP/2000. Restart the computer after installation, then test and calibrate the touchscreen.

Q: My capacitive touchscreen is not responding accurately. When I touch the screen, the cursor appears in a different location, is offset from my finger, or moves to the opposite side of the screen. How can I fix it?
A: The touchscreen needs to be recalibrated. Please Click Here to download ourΒ Capacitive Touchscreen Calibration Tool. Before running the calibration, extract the downloaded file and carefully read the included Instruction.pdf. Then follow the instructions to recalibrate the touchscreen.
